Projeto de Escritório e auditório em Lisboa – Na Radian Contemporary Architecture, especializamo-nos na criação de espaços que equilibram estética contemporânea e funcionalidade, respondendo às necessidades de cada cliente de forma única.

Nesse sentido, tivemos o prazer de realizar um projeto de escritório em Lisboa para o SITRA – Sindicato dos Trabalhadores dos Transportes. Um desafio que envolveu não apenas projeto de áreas de escritório, mas também um auditório multifuncional para uso frequente.
Como resultado, este projeto destaca-se pela sua atenção aos detalhes, desde o design minimalista da recepção até o uso inovador da iluminação indireta, proporcionando uma experiência arquitetônica envolvente.

Lisbon Office Project: Functionality and Aesthetics

The office project for SITRA was developed with a clear focus: to create an efficient, functional, and aesthetically pleasing workspace.
Therefore, one of the main challenges faced was optimizing the available space, especially due to the extensive requirements program that involved various office areas and administrative dependencies.

The work areas were organized to ensure maximum efficiency, allowing each employee to have a comfortable and productive work environment. The design of the office was conceived to promote flow and collaboration, with well-defined circulation spaces that connect the different areas. By using a combination of lacquered furniture and wooden elements, we created a visual balance that brings elegance and simplicity to the space.

The creation of a new space with new features.

The program of this office project in Lisbon includes a modern auditorium and several work areas, arranged to maximize space efficiency.

The reception area has a minimalist and welcoming design. It stands out for its use of wood textures combined with lacquer, creating a pleasant and sophisticated atmosphere.

Therefore, the choice of materials and the organization of spaces reflect our commitment to offering contemporary and functional design solutions.

Reception: Minimalism and warmth

Optámos por uma abordagem minimalista, mas acolhedora, que reflete os valores contemporâneos da Radian Contemporary Architecture. As linhas simples e limpas da recepção criam uma primeira impressão forte, enquanto o uso de texturas de madeira e lacados confere um toque de sofisticação. Estes materiais não só melhoram a estética do espaço, como também proporcionam uma sensação de conforto e acolhimento a quem chega.

Além disso, a recepção foi desenhada para ser altamente funcional. Com a finalidade de garantir espaço adequado para armazenamento e fácil acesso a diferentes áreas do edifício,  este equilíbrio entre funcionalidade e estética marca os nossos projetos de escritórios. Neste caso em particular, a solução garante um ambiente de trabalho confortável tanto para os colaboradores quanto para os visitantes.

Lighting: Protagonist of Design

Undeniably, lighting is one of the most important elements of this new office project.
As a result, it is carefully designed not only to illuminate the spaces but also to create a visually pleasing atmosphere.

The choice of indirect lighting was strategic, ensuring that the light was distributed smoothly along the corridors and walls, creating well-defined paths and highlighting some key textures and architectural elements.

Furniture Design - The excellence of detail 

Another important element in the office project was the selected furniture. In this regard, we opted for lacquered storage furniture, which is not only practical and durable but also complements the minimalist design of the spaces.
The use of wooden elements in the furniture provides an interesting contrast with the lacquered finish, creating an elegant and organized work environment.

Similarly, the minimalist office furniture was carefully selected so as not to overload the space, allowing employees to have clean and functional work areas. The choice of ergonomic chairs and adjustable tables also contributed to day-to-day comfort and productivity. These details are fundamental to creating an environment that fosters employee well-being and performance.

In the reception area, parallel to the counter, there is a sofa, created in line with and as an integral part of the architecture. Thus, set in the same line as the rest of the decoration, the sofa offers a space of comfort and relaxation for the user.

In this way, their presence harmonizes with the rest of the space, reinforcing the aesthetics and functionality of our project.
