Aesthetic clinic project in Porto. The concept.

A project for an aesthetics clinic means accepting the technical challenge resulting from the union between functionality and aesthetics.
Both realities complement each other. They appear in symbiosis, in constant dialog, regardless of the existing formal constraints.

With small physical dimensions, only 60m2, our conceptual premise is to maximize the space open to the public, interconnecting the spaces. The entrance hall, seating area, reception and lounge will all be one space.

Faced with a façade with good light exposure, this diaphanousness is transposed to the interior, using frosted glass walls and doors. This aspect not only favors the minimalist atmosphere, but also communicates a new, young and fresh identity, guaranteeing the degree of asepsis inherent in the practice.

The project aims to create an intimate and pleasant waiting area, meeting the expectations of a beauty clinic. To this end, not only architecture was considered. In conjunction with this, the interior decoration of the entire space is proposed. All the objects and accessories are objects of study, inseparable partners in creating a new atmosphere. In any space open to the public, care must be taken with the design and furnishings.
For the end customer, everything will be part of the experience. Everything counts.

However, not only aesthetic care was put into the equation. A dentist's office was also requested, along with the necessary premises for the practice.
Architecture is not just what it looks like and feels like. Architecture is also how it works. Consequently, the layout of both areas of the clinic is drawn up. Some of the proposed rooms will be shared, such as sterilization, the dirty area and the pantry.
