YourDental is located in the heart of Almada. The project reflects Radian’s contemporary identity and aims to create a visual, sensory, and functional experience. The 160 m² clinic was designed in 2025 to provide a warm, soft, and humanized environment. As a result, the space distances itself from the traditional medical atmosphere and moves closer to a sense of domestic comfort.

Moreover, Radian’s intervention was based on three essential principles: fluid form, immersive lighting, and a thoughtful selection of warm materials. These decisions allowed the creation of a modern, functional, and technologically prepared clinic. Consequently, the space conveys serenity and reinforces patients’ confidence.

Concept and Identity

The concept for YourDental was born from the intention to reduce anxiety and enhance well-being. To achieve this, Radian employed its signature aesthetic, characterized by curved lines and organic pathways. These forms soften spatial perception and eliminate rigid angles. As a result, circulation between the reception, treatment rooms, and support areas becomes clear and intuitive.

On the other hand, lighting plays a fundamental role. The project incorporates multiple layers of warm light through continuous coves, ceiling cuts, and perimeter elements. This approach creates an immersive and elegant atmosphere while reinforcing the welcoming character that defines Radian’s identity.

Reception and Waiting Area

The reception area is the first emotional point of contact with the space. The counter features a curved matte white base and a marble-effect front volume. The lower lighting creates a floating sensation. To complement this, vertical pendant lights introduce visual depth and a sculptural touch.

The transition between the waiting area and the corridors is created through softly curved architectural elements. These gentle portals reinforce the clinic’s organic narrative and make the circulation more harmonious.

Circulation and Pathways

The main corridor extends the sense of serenity established at the entrance. The light wood flooring creates continuity, while linear lighting cuts follow the path. As such, visitors experience intuitive and comfortable wayfinding throughout the clinic.

Dental Treatment Rooms

The clinic includes three treatment rooms designed with a focus on ergonomics and efficiency. Each room features abundant natural light, state-of-the-art dental equipment, and suspended circular lighting. In addition, they include peripheral ambient lighting, minimalist integrated cabinetry, and high-durability hygienic surfaces. As a result, each room ensures functionality and hygiene without compromising visual comfort.

Technical Areas

YourDental integrates all the technical areas required for a modern clinic, including:

• Staff pantry and office
• Staff changing room and restroom

Each space complies with the applicable regulations for oral health facilities. Furthermore, the solutions adopted maintain a balance between functionality, hygiene, and visual comfort.

Materials and Atmosphere

The material palette combines light wood, neutral lacquers, glass, and marble details. Textured finishes in the reception area complete the composition. This selection reinforces a sense of continuity, comfort, and longevity. Consequently, the clinic expresses a harmonious and welcoming identity.
