1. 1. Dental clinics or practices should be located in easily accessible places. They must have road, water supply, sanitation, electricity and telecommunications infrastructures at their disposal.

   2. They must ensure, by themselves or through third parties, that waste is managed in accordance with legal provisions.

   3. Preferably, they should not have polluting or noise-producing industries, unhealthy areas or dangerous areas in their immediate surroundings.
